Same day collections are available for all orders placed before 3pm.

Our branches will aim to have your order ready after 2 hours, this may not be possible at all locations, if your order is particularly urgent, please make this known to the branch handling your order by using the notes section during checkout online.

On arriving, please go to the counter and show your order confirmation to receive your loading ticket, you will be directed to the collection point.

You will be unable to get same day collection if your order is placed after 3pm. Your order will be ready next day. These orders will be made available from branch opening hours.

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an order confirmation.

• When your order has been picked ready for collection you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email confirmation.

Please remember to bring with you the following:

Email order confirmation & the payment card you used to place the order.

Orders that remain uncollected after 7 days will be returned to stock, refunded (if paid for at point of purchase) and may be subjected to a restocking charge.

You can only place a collection order with one branch at a time. You cannot split orders between branches.
