Delivery Information
DELIVERY
We can deliver to your chosen address providing it is within our delivery area.
Deliveries via our fleet of lorries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. On receipt of your order we will contact you to discuss delivery; deliveries are usually made 48 hours after receiving the order, but for non-stock/special delivery items, we will need to discuss lead times and access requirements. Small items may be sent directly via courier.
Saturday deliveries: Not all branches can offer Saturday deliveries. If a Saturday delivery is preferable, please contact your branch directly to discuss your requirements, and where possible we do what we can to ensure you receive your order when you need it.
- FREE DELIVERY for all Credit & Cash Account customers
- FREE DELIVERY for orders over £250 inc vat for for non account customers
- The minimum order for deliveries is £250 inc VAT for non account customers
CANCELLATION
Deliveries can ONLY be cancelled up until 1pm prior to the scheduled delivery day. Deliveries can be re-arranged up until 1pm prior to the scheduled delivery day,
when the goods are on the lorry no cancellations or re-arrangements can be made.
Click and Collect orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled collection.
If Click and Collect orders are not collected within 7 days they will be returned to stock and your account will be refunded/credited. You may be subjected to a restocking charge.
